Adeles Action Kids is a kid’s fitness and well being centre. They have classes for small kids where they can play and enjoy. It offers music classes and kids movement classes where they are taught various moves. It is an entertainment for kids.

Kids can learn creative skills and moves throughout the exercise session. They are taught new body moves with various tools available in the centre such as the exercise ball. Kids listening skills, emotional skills and creative skills are enhanced in these sessions. Kid’s listening skills are improved with the music classes which includes nursery rhymes and other music. The classes are conducted in a way to make kids happy and joyful. Parents are involved in the sessions so that they can help their kids in the sessions and just have fun. Various musical instruments and props are used to amuse the little ones and make them learn new things.

Action kid’s parties are also available for kids aged one to five. In these parties kids are entertained with various activities. Small kids birthday parties can be held with loads of activities. Christenings, school events and corporate events can also be held. The small kid’s birthday parties will include spider balls, passing the pillow, monkeys, beanies, scarves, pompoms, parachutes and much more. Older kid’s parties will include dance and music in disco, karaoke and other games.

At Adeles Action Kids, kids can learn different skills and activities. Kids can become more confident and can easily showcase their talent in the class sessions. Parents will be able to spend quality time with their kids and get to know them better.
