The total area of the Townhouse cubby house is 2.4m x 1.5m and has a cabin area of 1.5m x 1.5m. It comes with an internal roof height of 1.7m and the edge of roof height is 1.2m.
Though the roof colour is standard Wilderness Green, there is a facility for other colours that can also be ordered for a set fee. This pint size cubby features 2 sliding perspex windows and a lockable door. The Townhouse is designed in such a way that it comes with a door in the middle of the front wall and a window in both side walls. This cubby is watertight as it is intended in a cabin style and this design allows kids to store toys, books and many other things. The kit form consists of deck, 4 walls with a door and windows in place, 2 x roof section, front handrail and ladder. Townhouses are available in three different heights such as 600mm, 900mm and 1200mm.
